We sell sunglasses and accessories.

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Acceptance

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order

Limit quantities per customer

Cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse

Payment

We accept payments through approved payment gateways in Egypt.

Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on location within Egypt.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

Customers must provide accurate shipping information.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Exchange requests after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

In case of a defective or damaged item, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos as proof.

Customized Silver Orders

All silver products are custom-made upon order.

Production time ranges from 9 to 12 business days before shipping.

Customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the product is defective.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, belongs to MIRADA ATELIER and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to Egyptian courts.
