Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Egypt only.

For special shipping requests outside Egypt, please contact us before placing your order.

 

Order Processing Time

Ready-to-ship items are processed within 2–4 business days.

Customized silver jewelry requires 9–12 business days for production before shipping

 

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after shipping:

Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days

Other Governorates: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier company and location.

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery location.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected:

Customers must be available to receive the order at the provided address.

Failure to receive the order may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

 

Delays

MIRADA ATELIER is not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier companies

Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Force majeure events (e.g., weather conditions, national holidays)

 

Incorrect Address

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we are not responsible for delivery issues or additional shipping charges.
