Return & Exchange Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted after 3 days will not be accepted.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The item must be unused and unworn.
The item must be in its original condition and original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided.
The product must not show any signs of damage caused by misuse.
Silver Jewelry
Silver jewelry pieces that are made-to-order may be returned or exchanged within 3 days from delivery, provided that:
The item is in perfect condition.
The item has not been resized, altered, scratched, or damaged.
Deposit Requirement
For silver jewelry orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required before production begins.
The deposit confirms the order.
If the customer cancels the order after production has started, the deposit is non-refundable.
If the item is defective, the full amount including the deposit will be refunded.
If the item was customized with specific engraving requested by the customer, it may not be eligible for refund unless defective.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only approved after the returned item is inspected.
If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos showing the issue.
We will review the case and arrange replacement or refund accordingly.
